Supporting an orphanage
in Cambodia

When we saw the work that fellow designer Thomas Jaffré was doing in his spare time at an orphanage just on the outskirts of Phnom Penh, we decided to provide some assistance as well. Our initial financial contribution was used to build an open-air roofed classroom alongside the old monastery which was being converted into dormitories, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, work and play areas for the 25 boys and girls aged from about 8 years and upwards. The number will increase by about 40 more when additional rooms are made available and renovated. Further donations of school books and materials, wooden toys and sports equipment will be donated over the next months, and additional support will depend on the most urgent needs.

Anyone interested in learning more about this project, or wanting to provide any kind of assistance to Thomas and his team, please let us know, and we will be pleased to discuss this further with you.
